Rachel Ah Chuen Monroe is a highly experienced Machine Learning Engineer with over 8 years of relevant experience. She is currently working at Unity Technologies, where she is responsible for developing and implementing machine learning algorithms for trust and safety. Prior to this, Rachel worked at Zoox as a Software Engineer, where she contributed to two teams - the Planning and Control Metrics team and the Data platform team. Rachel's passion for innovation and entrepreneurship led her to work as a Research Assistant at MIG (MIT Sloan School of Management, Stanford, INSEAD). Here, she was a member of an inter-institutional group of undergraduates, graduate students, and professors whose goal was to study innovation and entrepreneurship in the mobile ecosystem. Rachel's role involved assisting in the management and quantitative analysis of research data using Stata, Excel, and SQL. Her results led to the publication of several papers on entrepreneurial innovation, economic value creation in mobile apps, and experimentation strategies. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where she double majored in Mathematics and Management.
